Astro-Saber Clone Cable / Serivce Mode Operation

Hello:

I am just trying to save myself a little time, and perhaps
let others in on a request from a forum member.

The fellow has a Astro-Saber lll, and is using a Clone
Cable from Batlabs.

Anyhow, the program section works " Just Fine " but
has reported trouble when trying to Communicate with
the radio with the Tunning RSS...

Has anyone addressed this already ? if so does it have
anything to due with depressing the small Surface Switch
which is located very close to the Universal Connector ?

OR, does one have to add a few extra jumpers.

Anyhow, any information about this would be apprciated
as I normally just use the Proper Cable and test box....
