Help please, codeplug needed for AS3

Help please, codeplug needed for AS3

I've corrupted my codeplug, and need a new codeplug for my AS3.
470-520
Flash was 140001-000200-1
now it is 800001-000000-2

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
