I may be full of it but this is my observation. Every YELLOW saber name plated saber I've seen is a submersible unit. Or atleast a submersible housing. Also, I wonder if securenet-s just means it's a submersible secure radio and that's how they got around having to choose between printing securenet or submersible on the top by the controls.
