CDM 1250 remote head

CDM 1250 remote head

I have the remote head kit for the CDM 1250. When I try to use it, the radio does not power up. When disconnected and reassesmbled to one unit, it works fine. Is their a change in programming to allow the remote head to work?

No programming change needed. Seems like you have a problem with the control cable.

Chances are, you assembled one of the ribbon cables backwards.

If that happened ...AND...you are really lucky, you didn't damage the board in the head.

Recheck your assembly of the two ribbon cables. No, there isn't any difference in programming.
