I am sure somebody knows the answer to this one:
On one of the slots on my Motorola NTN7510B duel slot charger for the Visar, the LED sometimes flashes red/yellow, instead of either green or red. It doesn't say what this means in the manual. Any ideas? Thanks.

That usally indicates a bad battery, does it do it with a known good battery?
If the battery is realy low, below 4 volts open terminal voltage, the led's will flash.
Usally if the battery is below 5 volts open circuit after charging, it is bad, probally shorted cells.
These chargers were made by Astec, and are not serviceable. You may be able to send them to Astec service center, there is one in the So. east LA County, 562 aera code.
