P1225 Question

On a p1225, whats the difference between 1 beep at powerup, and 2 beeps at powerup? I have no manual.

I think it means the battery is well charged. Mine does two beeps when I turn it on right after it comes off the charger. A few hours later, it will only do one beep.

The radio also gives several other hints as to the battery condition. On mine, with a fresh charged battery, the LED will be green during transmit. As the battery voltage drops, the transmit LED will be yellow, and finally blinking red when it's really low.
