minitor 2 channel or fuction switches

i was told by motorola that the function switch for the minitor 2 pager is no longer available .. i am looking for a aftermarket replacement

We use the buttons for the MIII. They seem to work ok and people don't really mind them too much. They'll work on both the Volume and selector
