Maxtrac Model Number Help

Couldn't find any further information on this critter anywhere else, so I'm turning to the folks who can probably help me...

The model number is D35AHA5GB1BK. The sticker on the front reads "Motorola CoveragePLUS"... so exactly what kind of trunking is this thing, and will I be able to get it programmed up on the 800 MHz Type I system I'm currently using?

It does have a 16-pin connector on the back FWIW.
