Can anyone tel me what "U 9 failed" means?

Getting this on a T3011CX KVL

Open it up and see what type of IC U9 is.

No way of knowing that w/o a manual, anyone have one?

Would this be the code for a missing hybrid?

Come on, someone HAS to have a CX or DX kvl manual in PDF on their computer, I'll pay or swap for it at this point.

Tere was a post a few weeks ago.
So far i remember U 9 was the code for a missing hybrid
(blinks for 10 sec then shut down)

It could also be that the wrong type hybrid is installed. The CD,DX require a XL version of hybrid. Also check to make sure it is installed properly.

Thank you, Although I thought it was the reason, I was not sure since I did not have a manual available.
There is no hybrid inside right now, I am looking for one,
