Astro Spectra scan question

Can the Astro Specta scan more than 16 channels?

No. Only 15 channels in the scan list + the home channel, if it in not already in the scan list = 16 channels.

So I take it if you have a zone/mode model you can assign a scan list to each zone like the analog spectra's?

Right. Scan lists are assigned on a per personality basis.
