Astro II (ERROR 09/10 )message

Hi
I have a Astro Saber II and I get a
ERROR 09/10 for a second after turning it on
Any ideas???

No big deal. The radio is programmed for secure (encrypted) operation and it either doesn't have an encryption board installed or there's no encryption key loaded.
