Need Astro Saber Help

Post by justinw »

I have an Astro Saber 2 H04KDF9PW7AN Flashcode 0000010000009 powers up with error 01/92. I am unable to read the radio. When I read it I get an "invalid checksum on unpack from data source" error, and then after pressing F2 to continue I get an unrecoverable error 0/54. I am using RSS version v09.03.00. I have programmed a couple hundred XTS3000's (but this is my first Saber) and never encountered this type of error before.

Can anybody help? Is it possible to get an archive file and clone the radio and cause it to work again? If so, does anyone have an archive from this type of radio they are willing to share with me?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Your codeplug is corrupted. It can happen if someone tries hacking it or if there was interruption while writing the codeplug to the radio via RSS.

One way to fix it would be to find a codeplug with SAME model number and SAME flashcode.

Would you be interested in selling it?
