Nope, havent been into LA for along while, say 1 month ago lol, LAPD is going down hill the worse these days like NYPD , I dont even want to see them no more.

You don't need their actual codeplug. They're using the same channel assignments as they used before, and they're running in conventional CAI mode. ANY radio of the appropriate band (UHF high) with CAI in it is capable of listening to them. You don't need any other features and you sure don't need their authentic codeplug.
