does anyone know the pin out used for motorola's pr400 handheld radios. i have a headset that i would like to use with this radio. any infomation on this subject would be greatful. thanks

The colors are referencing a HMN9030 type Motorola speaker-mic cord wires.
Large pin | Tip=Speaker (black) Sleeve=Speaker (red) (Balanced audio output)
Small pin | Tip=Mic hi (white) Sleeve=Ground (blue)

Make sure your headset has an electret-type of mic (needs voltage) or a pre-amp if not.
