Singletone Question

Post by mfr301 »

On Astro Sabers, and XTS3000's, my "Sidetone", "Evacuation Tone" and "MODAT" tones seem low in audio compared to regular voice audio when listening to them on another radio.

Is there a way to make them louder or is this just the way it is?

Thanks in advance!

I am quite tired, so IF I state the wrong solution, I will hear it I am sure, but nevertheless, check your alert tone volume offset, it lowers the MDC tones compared to your current listening level of the volume so you dont blow your ears out when talking on a channel and then the tones start....
