XTS2500 accessory connector pinout?

Post by oh2glg »

Hello dear fellow Batlabbers,

A while ago I purchased an XTS2500 to replace my XTS3000. However, I still do have a commander speaker microphone (aka monophone) RMN5023 w/o channel selector for the XTS3000. I found out that it does not work with XTS2500.

Since the connector is quite similar and the monophone connector locks perfectly into XTS2500, there must be different pinout with XTS2500.

So the hot question is: Does anyone have a diagram or drawing of the XTS2500/XTS5000 accessory connector?

I believe this thread would be germane to this discussion:

Thanks for your hint, but despite the trick exlplained there, I was not able to get my RMN5023B to get alive with my XTS2500. It's like the xts doesn't even regognize the remote mic at all when it is connected.
