JT 1000 MAN DOWN OPTION, AND SECURE SWITCH OPTION

UNABLE TO ACCESS THE MAN DOWN OPTION FOR USE AS LIGHT SWITHCH ETC.. OR THE SECURE SWITCH AS WELL. HIGHEST RSS USED IS 3.2 . ALSO WHAT IS THE HIGHEST HT1000 RSS?

That should be the Highest RSS. The orange button on the JT1000 can only be used at a DTMF "On/Off" Button. There is no way to program anything else there. There also is not a secure switch on the radio. The ABC toggle is programmable for features or the outer concentric switch below the channel selector is for keypad lock only. I believe you can purchase a aftermarket secure board that works on a per channel basis, but I don't know anything about them myself.
