That was the ticket. It said "Clip for IGN control". It had power on one side and not the other.
I was so tired yesterday It didn't even think of checking it for grins and giggles.

Yes, it is the accessory connector. Thanks, guys.
Where might I find the information to locate the fuse? I am not familiar with these radios.

M10 (GM300) not powering up

While testing a cable made from the accessory connector, I think I may have shorted the A+ to ground and now the radio does not power up.

Is it a doorstop, or can it be fixed?

There must be a way to strap the first reed high or low as it needs, and use the second reed as the long tone, but I don't have schematics and I am not sure i can figure it out.
BUT- I do know someone that can help.
