Yes, these sure do exist, I have one in my new Silverado HD. APX7500 V/U with the Motorola relay box, Moto/Whelen siren amp, and O3 control head with siren & light keypad.

That is correct, well and the UL certification... Customers are choosing the non-IS version 10:1 so far. Most don't see it to be worth the extra money.

I didn't select muted delay because it appears that you have to specify a delay time where it mutes the speaker. Yup, me either. Stored Voice pagers only accounted for about 10% of our Minitor V sales, maybe now that EVERYONE is subject to it, enough people will complain. I'm already preparing my list of grievances for CPE next week...

Panasonic toughpad would be the perfect compromise. We have a few depts here running iPads. Honestly, for the price of them you could replace them yearly and still come out way ahead versus the price of the Toughbook over it's typical lifespan.

Programming cradle appears to be going for under $100.00 which is not too shabby. The Programming interface LOOKS very nice, but /\/\ doesn't seem to have it listed as a download yet. PWService is also offering $85.00 on an old Min V towards a MIN VI. Not a bad deal at all... I suppose I'll jump on...

For a Minitor VI, I'd like to see the Min V with better reliability, particularly in the charging system. I have no need for more than 2 channels or TX on a PAGER, so I'd probably leave it as it is but add ramp-up alert tones like an FSA has. There's nothing worse than being bolted out of bed at 3am...

We just ran into this issue with a bunch of APX6500 and 7500 mobiles in a command vehicle. They all have O2 remote heads, we tried connecting the mic to the TIB with no luck. We tried it on a few other APX mobiles we have in the shop and none of them worked, not sure if it's supposed to or not, but ...

It's supposed to be a dumbed down version of the APX6000 to capture the XTS2500 upgrades. They mentioned it a couple weeks ago during an ASTRO25 update webinar, but I haven't seen any pics yet.

The XTL5000 dual radio with W3 is still avaialble, I have one in a box in my office. It's VHF/UHF.
The most common ones we see are the older HHCH spectras for hte 3 lettered folks, but even the last few of those have had new XTL's with W3's.

NNTN7335 is a Lithium Ion for the XTS2500 but it's not slim. It is the same size as the NNTN6263 NiMH "firenet" battery (I assume you have a NH state grant portable) but much lighter. I've been using one for about a week now and love it.

In New Hampshire , (Where I work) they have undergone a complete VHF Conventional ASTRO Upgrade. XTS3000's, 5000's and most recently some 2500's for the PD. XTS2500i's for the FD guys. The PM1500 does not support ADP, however a Conventional XTL2500 110Watt w/ADP Encryption ought to run you around $2200... I think the ADP only works in Digital Mode though.

I think the Freedom II is available in the non WeCan configuration. If not you'll need the LED modules, WeCan Command board and control cable. You can use the rest of you bar (Chassis, Internal Harness and TD/Alleys).

Would it be better to wire it up to shut off when the truck is in park? That's how it normally goes, and most EV upfitters are including a lead for Park-Kill.
