GP339 Programming question

Post by andrewm »

Hi
I am trying to read a GP339 model number AZH25SDH9AN6 with CPS version R06.04.00 for Professional Radio. This CPS will read my GP328 and GM338 ok. I get an error mssg "Unsupported model". Is this CPS correct? What is the correct CPS for this radio.
Any help appreciated.

Regards
Andrew

What radios do you own?: radios

Did you tried the GM/GP3xx CPS for select 5 radios?

If you get a region error, change the regionalcode to EMEA.

You are using the wrong program to try and program your 339. You need the R03.00.02 Professional GP300/GM300 CPS.

All I can think of now is your radios firmware may be to old for the S/W, and may need upgrading.
