Probably a big programming problem with my CDM1550 LS

Probably a big programming problem with my CDM1550 LS

Its a remote mount AAM25SKF9AA5AN with the version number of R05.02.03 last programmed with Depot RSS
The code plug version is 02.21 for the orgional and latest (what I used)
I used CPS R06.04.00
The problem is "Image is Corrupted. Checksum for R/W region failed
The Head will say EEPRM CSERROQ or something......
Any thoughts??

If you have a good archived codeplug you can always try programming and reviving the radio with that. If not it will most likely mean a trip to the depot.

No good, this is my 1st time programming the radio, i never had any other data nor did i back it up. What exactly is a codeplug anyway?

Your problem probably is due to the OLD OLD version of your software. Purchase the newest software version from Motorola.

I highly recommend you only program it from the 20pin in the back of the radio. Remote heads cause havoc.
