CDM 1250 service mode??

I saw a topic on this issue a while back however I'm unable to locate it, and can use a lil help:

I have a CDM 1250 where the user pushed the volume button in to long putting the radio into some type of service mode.

Before I start tinkering and turn the radio into a brick, would Anyone out there know how to get it out of this mode?

If it's in test mode, removing the power source, then reconnecting it will fix the problem.
