Mic Wiring

Post by kb8srx »

ok guys, need a little technical help here, I have a Spectra with a standard (large) hand mic, and I want to re-wire a HMN1056d (small) mic to the spectra, but am running into a brick wall finding wiring diagrams for either mic, now I know that the large mic only uses 5 wires (yellow is cut flush) but I dont know if the 1056d is the same way.

any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

Your best bet is to do what I did. I call motorola and ordered the detailed service manuals for the equipment that I have. Most of the information is going to be in the manuals. It has been the best thing that I could have done. The most that I have payed is 35.00 shiping is 7.00 ground and the lowest I have payed was 7.50 for the manual
