Possible? If so how? I done see anything specificly about this on the saber page.

Also... Any tips of fixing a saber that breaks squelch when there is no carrier. No matter how high I set the squelch on the channel it still does this.

I've heard 2 answers. That you need to replace hardware to get 6D CORE and that you can do it by just programming the radio with a 6D codeplug. Which is true??

the CORE cannot be upgraded by blasting a new CP into the radio...

you have to change the chip
