i purchased the adapter kit mentioned, i have directly fed power to the primary wires, and am now trying to get the pin 10 and or 13 to turn the radio on and off with switched power, when i apply the key on power to either 10 0r 13, the radio will turn on, but the radio will not turn off when i turn the key off. when the key is off, there is no power on the pin 10 or 13.
any help would be great.

I hopes that extractor isn't included:TheMotorolaMan wrote:HLN9457 accessory connector kit includes housing, 16 connector pins, (5) 8-inch wires with connector pins attached, and extraction tool.
