Hello . Not familiar with the GM340 but I have a GR500 with a rick and a pair of M120 radios. They cable up the same as the GM300 and I have substituted one for the other after a lightning hit took out the RX. I use the GM300 RSS for both radios and it has an option to program the radios while in the repeater. I usually just program the radios individually in radio mode rather than repeater mode. Not familiar with CPS for those radios. The M120 RSS loads a BAT. file that executes the GM300 exe. file. Don't know if this helps you or not.

Thank you so much for your reply
the problem is that I can't read those radios with RSS and after checking all the solutions (DOS mode, Ribless cable, RSS version....etc) I have been told that I have to use CPS.
