I know i have 2 my self they are the best tool in the worl.
i pull that out when working on someonce car they are like whoa whats that.

Jim, I use mine all the time. The fastener that holds the dome light in on the ford PI. The trim plugs on the back deck, headliner , trunk mat and the door trim..
We have an older one that is spring loaded almost looks like a pair of small grass clippers. It has the nickname" sn@tch tool" for those in the medical profession you know what im getting at.....

Oh, is that for those stupid plastic friction push-in annoying fasteners? I hate those damn things, I think entire vehicles are assembled with those sometimes.
