- What radios do you own?: XTS3000/astro spectra/
hi, i personally dont know of a program, but recently i learned that alot on the newer ham radios are comming with dpl for use in APRS, this is really cool. i rememberback to the early 90's where dpl was only a business radio thing, now hams have adopted a use for it. the bottom line is, i see you are a ham, so if you check any of your current ham radios you might find one that can scan and decode DPL's, good luck.
Also check out http://www.hamtronics.com for both sub-audible tone & ctcss Encoders/Decoders

If you are just looking for the DPL code number, then Zetron had a Model 8 and 8B
Repeater programmer/timekeeper that will decode PL AND DPL using a receiver discriminator output. The M8 also will encode PL, DPL, DTMF and Paging!
Also Commspec makes a decoder board that is programmable for a specific code.
There is also a hand held receiver that also displays the DPL code and RF frequency, OPTI somthing.

They do have a website. All you guys have to do is to spell their name correctly.
