Hello,
I'm going to make a RIB to Radio cable for a MTX 900, but I was woundering how to make or where I can get the part that connects to the Radio from the cable. The part the connects on top, where the hand mic and similer things are attached? Any help would be thanked.

That solution may work, but eventually something WILL go wrong and you'll find yourself paying $230.00 flat rate for a codeplug restoration. Spend a few bucks and buy the universal connector housing, pcb and pins. You'll spend less than $30.00 and have a stable platform for programming. For the same money, you could probably buy a broken speaker-mic and salvage the connector and cable and have an even better solution.
