CM300 Programming Cable

Post by firecomm »

Before anyone says "do a search" I have. I've seen the posts from wavetar and all the rest. All I would like a simple, straight forward pic of the programming cable for the CM300.

Maybe someone can take a pic of their home brew cable that they have made, that works well, and can post it fpr me to see.

The thing I'd like to know is about the RJ45 plug to DB25 connections.

When the RJ45 tab is facing down and it is plugged into the radio, which is pin 1 and which is pin 8, and which wire from the RJ45 goes to the DB25?

I don't need to know about the maxtrac cable and how to modify that. I want to build a new one.

SO...... Thanks and I'm looking forward to all help given.
