R1225 Front Panel Pins

Post by Mikey »

I have an R1225 Repeater but don't have the Dashboard for it. What Pins do i jump on the front of the radio where the dashboard Ribbon Cable Connects to make the radio Power up?? I read that you can operate the repeater without the dashboard if you jump the turnon pins together.

J8 a 15 pin male connector is on the front with pin 1 under the receiver RF jack.

On J8, pin 8 is battery/13 volts. Pin 7 is switched A+/battery/13 volts. Jumper these two pins with a Berg jumper, like used on computer motherboards.
