I have a T3010 code inserter; I would like to find out if it’s an AX or BX type.
I understand from the manual that the interface board is of the "later type”. Does that mean BX? The label on the units back panel reads T3010BX, but i have a suspicion it’s been re-cased.
What’s the easiest way to find out? Also should the BX have socketed ICs? My chips are all soldered.
I am trying to find out so i can upgrade it for use with Jedi radios.

Here are the pictures of these two boards inside the KVL.
The only IC with a white label is TRN4974A.
I hope this helps
Thanks again
