What a find! I have heard of data-only versions of the Maxar family, but have never seen one before. Nice.
Batlabs has the pinout at: http://www.batlabs.com/nosynth.html . It is listed in under the "Moxy" radio, which is a lesser sibling model to the Maxar80. Pay attention only to the text pinout there. Try to ignore the image pinout (that's for the 15 pin low-power version.)
<s>Are</s> Is there any other writing on the metal ID tag on the radio? This might help in ID'ing the frequency band. Also, stamped on the side of the chassis inside will be a TUE/TUD or similar code. This could help tell the band, too.
Again, you have a very neat radio, in my opinion.
