Hello,

I'm hoping that someone would be kind enough to send me a codeplug for an MTS2000 Model 3 (full keypad) in the 403-470 bandsplit (H01RDH...) 255 modes would be a plus.

email [email protected]

Now, the reason I need this is that I am trying to play a bit, and among other things make a Model 2 into a Model 3...

The codeplug needs to be readable in Lab 2.00.01 (I have issues with my buddy's Lab saying some codeplugs are 'too old for this application')

Many thanks!

Mark

You may want to review the toolproofing section in the MTS2000 model specific info.

What you plan to do may be the end of the line for that radio.

Well noted!

However, the radio in question is a bit of a frankenstein... it does not have an MTS2000 controller, so the closest I'll get to a 01/93 is the 01/92 which is scary enough

I'm playing with what features will be functional and which will not when one takes an 800 MTX controller (with keypad/display support) and throw a UHF RF deck and CP in it.

So far I have found that the radio is not too happy with MDC messaging or Select-Call... when you select MSG from keypad, the radio reboots and self tests!
