Setting up new FB2 Repeater

can some one correct me if im wrong

im setting up a repeater heres what i have

Fb2 freq 463.xxxx that should be out right ? and input 469.xxxx from mobiles
mob1 463.xxxxx should be rx
mob2 469.xxxx should be out
i am in a quietzone but have been authorized by observatory
an licensed by Fcc

i figured how to do it as i actually was writting post but please if one can confirm this is right setup thanks

if you have a 463.xxx output you should have a 468.xxx not 469 input.. UHF in that range is +5 MHz
