I was under the impression that anything for the XTS3000/5000 wouldn't work for the 2500/1500s.

I know about the system keys etc. The reason I ask is the radio is pre-programmed with a system from the states and I am in canada. I am using a copy of the codeplug with the US system as an oppurtunity to learn more about trunking in general before I get our system and keys installed. Thanks

I have a question. On the local trunking system for 800, it requires Radio ID's. Where abouts do I find the Radio ID number setting in the CPS on an XTS2500 in 800 trunked.

I am not sure where to find it and that is the reason why I ask.

Will, the pins do connect with the cable. The cable that plugs into the back of the head from the main radio unit has two pin spots for radio, and one of the one that is broke is the one that i need. It appears that it broke off inside the radio.head somehow. Damn things that i can't fix.

Hey all I have a bit of a problem. Over the last couple of uses, my spectra A4 has been having trouble with the speaker cutting in and out. So today, as I was installing my new console i made, I investigated. Turns out Pin 43 broke. This is one of the two speaker pins on the back of the remote head....
